This is the closest I will get to peanut butter and jelly! Since I am not a fan of the oh so popular flavor, mixing berries and almonds is my version of the classic flavor. This smoothie is packed with protein and flavor.
What you’ll need:
1/4 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup of sliced peaches (I used canned peaches)
5 sliced strawberries
1 tbsp of honey
1/4 cup of almonds
- Blend with ice and serve. If you’d really like to up the protein, crush almonds for a crunchy topping!
