Slow Cooker Asian Barbecue Ribs Recipe

It’s finally grilling season! We’re still searching for the perfect backyard grill so I made this weekend’s meal in our slow cooker. I came across a wonderful ginger and garlic spice this week and decided to pull the rest of my ingredients around the flavor profile. This sweet and tangy barbecued rib is slow cooked in a gluten free soy sauce and covered in a gluten free Asian barbecue sauce.

What you’ll need:

Rib rack: 2, small

San-J Gluten Free Asian BBQ sauce: ½ cup

Gluten free soy sauce: ½ cup

Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic seasoning: ¼ cup

Sesame seeds

Lime zest

Directions:

Step 1: Coat ribs with sweet ginger garlic seasoning on both sides and place into your slow cooker.
