Morning Detox Smoothie Recipe

Whether you’re jump starting your metabolism or recovering from a night out, drink this to start feeling better!

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup of chopped kale

1/4 cup of slice cucumber

1/2 of a green apple

1/4 cup of chopped strawberries

1/4 cup of almond or soy milk

1 tbsp of honey

1 tsp of ginger

Directions:

  1. Blend with ice and serve.
