Gluten Free Spicy Caesar Salad Pizza Recipe

I’ve been short on time for making everything from scratch lately and recently came across gluten free frozen pizza crusts. ┬áHaving the crust pre-made makes everything so much easier while chasing around my almost 2-year-old son. For this recipe, I turn my favorite salad into a pizza. It’s all about balance, right? RIGHT.

What you’ll need for one small pizza:

Gluten free pizza crust: 1

Spicy Caesar Salad dressing: 2 tablespoon

Crushed red peppers: 1/4 teaspoon

Cooked Chicken or Turkey Breast: 1/2 cup, chopped

Spinach: 2 cups, chopped

Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese: 1/4 cup

Jalapeno: 1, sliced

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and place a dollop of Caesar dressing onto your pizza crust.

Step 2: Add freshly chopped spinach.

Step 3: Then add your chicken or turkey meat, sprinkle crushed red peppers and top with shredded cheese.

Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes on an aluminum covered baking sheet.

Step 5: Remove from the oven and serve with freshly chopped jalapenos.
