Crockpot Teriyaki and Pineapple Chicken Recipe

There was no way I could come back from Hawaii without a delicious teriyaki chicken dish. This meal is so great and goes well with a side of rice, quinoa, or a green salad. And since you will use a crock pot for this recipe, it’s easy to make during the week.

What you’ll need:

2 Lean chicken breasts

½ cup of Teriyaki Sauce

½ cup of crushed pineapples (save the other half for later)

1 TBSP of Adobo

1 TBSP of crushed red peppers


  1. Place the chicken and ingredients into a large mixing bowl and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Place into crock pot for 4-5 hours on High or 6-8 hours on low.
  3. I like flipping the chicken every hour to make sure heat is evenly distributed.
  4. Let the chicken cook until its falls apart and plate it with a side of healthy grains

 Add ons: Add a spoonful of diced pineapples on top for a delicious garnish
