All the Berries Smoothie Recipe

What you’ll need:
1/4 cup of mixed berries (blueberry, black berry, raspberry)
1/2 cup of chopped strawberries
1/4 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup of old fashion oats (or gluten-free granola)
1 tbsp of honey
