All the Berries Smoothie Recipe

Start your morning beauty routine from within. This smoothie is full of delicious antioxidants that will keep your skin looking radiant.

What you’ll need:

1/4 cup of mixed berries (blueberry, black berry, raspberry)

1/2 cup of chopped strawberries

1/4 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup of old fashion oats (or gluten-free granola)

1 tbsp of honey

Directions:

  1. Blend with ice and serve.

Add ons: top it with old fashioned oats or gluten-free granola to make it more filling and have it last until your mid-morning snack.
