4-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream Recipe

I LOVE bananas. I eat them every day and love finding recipes where I can use them. I recently saw a 2-ingredient banana ice cream recipe on Pinterest and decided to make a few changes for my first attempt at making it. Its a sweet indulgence, without the guilt and easy to make with a food processor.

What you’ll need:

3 bananas

1 cup of walnuts

2 tablespoon of honey

1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Place the bananas into the food processor on low, until they turn into a delicious-smelling puree.
  2. Add the honey, nutmeg and walnut and blend until smooth.
  3. Remove the mix from the food processor and place into a freezer safe container for at least 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve the ice cream with crushed GF vanilla cookie on top.
